The ‘basic’ full body, this session allows contact with all major areas of stress and physical discomfort. A typical session will include work on the face/scalp, neck, shoulders/pecs, arms/wrists/hands, abdomen, hips/glutes, legs, & feet. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes and firm but gentle pressure. This warming and softening of the tissues promotes peaceful relaxation, and allows the therapist to work more deeply where needed. Pressures are adjusted based on client preference and feedback given during the session.
